What Is Spilling the Tea?

Spilling the Tea is a small-group financial literacy experience designed for women who want to better understand money, ask questions freely, and learn in a supportive, welcoming environment.
These gatherings are centered on conversation — not lectures — and are guided by clear explanations, real-life examples, and shared experiences.

"This is a space to listen, learn, and ask the questions you've always wanted to ask."

What to Expect
  • Small, intimate groups
  • Tea, snacks, and conversation
  • Clear, accessible explanations
  • No prior financial knowledge required
  • No pressure, no judgment, no sales
  • This is a space to listen, learn, and ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask
  • Who This Is For

Spilling the Tea is for women who want to feel more confident discussing money, are navigating financial systems in the U.S., have relied on a partner or family member to handle finances, or are curious and motivated but unsure where to start.

    More Than a Workshop

Spilling the Tea is not a class, a lecture, or a coaching program.

It’s a shared learning experience where women come together to build clarity, confidence, and connection around money — at their own pace.

    About the Facilitator

Spilling the Tea is facilitated by Stéphanie Gervais, an educator and certified financial education instructor with experience working with students, families, and women across different cultural backgrounds.

Her approach centers on accessibility, trust, and helping people feel confident asking questions — especially when financial topics feel intimidating.
